Rental Framework

Situé au-dessus du port de Nice, le quartier du Mont-Boron est le quartier le plus populaire de Nice car il offre des vues exceptionnelles sur la Méditerranée. Cette proximité fait que les propriétés du Mont-Boron bénéficient d'une très agréable brise marine. La vue, la proximité du centre et du port et de la gare en font le quartier le plus recherché de Nice. Déjà au XlXe siècle, le préfet des Alpes Maritimes s'y est installé, suivi par l'élite niçoise.
