Short walk/ride to public transport, bicycling lanes, grocery store(s), entertainment, and boulangerie(s). Everything was as stated in the description and shown in the photos. No surprises. The host was responsive and informative. The apartment was ideal for my long stay but would be well suited for any length of time.
