L'appartement est conforme aux photos en tout point, spatieux, bien équippé et idéalement situé dans une rue calme à proximité immédiate des commerces. L'équipe de l'agence gérante est très professionnelle, réactive et cordiale.

Dominique B. novembre 2020 2 Chambres - Tour Eiffel Trocadero L'état des lieux de sortie ne c'est pas bien déroulé car l'agent sur place était extrêmement pointilleux, à l'inverse de la personne rencontrée lors de l'état des lieux d'entrée qui avait été bâclé et fait de façon incomplète. Les points notés ne sont pas de notre responsabilité car déjà présents lors de notre arrivée. L’appartement est de façon générale mal entretenu et vieillissant.
    Un mail de relance a été fait pour obtenir le dépôt de garantie car le mail précédant est resté sans réponse.

    The heaters were not working in the apartment.
    Diane is basically stealing. I always had good experience with morning Croissant, but would never rent through this woman again. Also she did not even justify why she kept so much money and just disappeared afterwards.

Friendly neighbors. The neighborhood is fantastic. A short walk to boulangeries, groceries, fruit markets, pharmacies, cafes and everything you could want. I loved my time there and would return in a heart beat.

The people from the agency were nice and responsive. The only thing I would recommend is to take pictures of the whole apartment during the check-in due to the fact that the apartment is not new and some equipment and walls might be scratched.
    I totally recommend this place!
