Our 6 month stay at Peter’s Perpignan apartment exceeded our expectations in so many ways. A friendly welcome had been arranged for when we arrived and the apartment was exactly as pictured, suiting us as a couple perfectly in size and amenities. We found the apartment to be exceptionally well-equipped in every aspect. The inclusion of utilities/internet in the rental price was a plus to planning our budget, no unexpected costs or surprises. The rental price itself is a superb deal in an ideal location – on a quiet side street only a 5 minute walk to the train/bus station which has a small/medium market (G20) beneath it, about 10 minutes to a larger market (Lidl) and a 1 km walk (or bus) to a large supermarket (E. Leclerc). You are also within a short pleasant walk along the canal (15-20 minutes) to the Place de Republique and all its myriad of little streets with tempting shops and restaurants. Especially worth mentioning was our communication with our landlord who was so quick to respond to any questions we had and was above and beyond willing to make our stay as pleasant as possible in any way he could.
