Studio sur cour en Rez de Chaussée The flat was so dirty at move-in that my white socks turned black, and the outdated appliances broke due to neglect. The original desk was unusable, so I added my own while safely storing yours.
The broken Wi-Fi took 3 months to fix, leaving me without heating all winter. The place is so damp that mold spreads instantly and mosquitoes thrive even in December.
Finally, the entrance code was changed without notice, locking me out at 2 AM and i had to pay for a hotel.

Respectfuly the studio had been renovated just before you entered and was cleaned before you enter.
Without any autorisation and in opposition with the contract you signed, you moved the furniture away and discontected all electrical wires. In doing so you damaged the electric wire connections including heater and wifi. As soon as we were informed, you were given wifi connection and heater alternatives meanwhile it was repared and never complained about it when receiving them.
During your stay you kept the studio without fresh air and did not open the windows.
Although the studio is only for one person you stayed 2 people in it wanting to modify the contract for 2 people.
The neighbours complained about you smoking and leaving cigarette butts everywhere.
Indeed the entrance code was modified without us being informed, I could only get the information the next day and passed it to you immediatly.
On your departure we found out that you were hidding the fact that one bed shit was missing and that you had broken a bed slat.

Studio sur cour en Rez de Chaussée Excellent location and flat with everything essential in it. Eric was a good landlord and very responsive to any questions. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Paris. There is a metro station right across from the building. Very convenient location with lots of stores and restaurants around it.
