Introduction

On day in December 2016 I entered this flat and fell in love. My idea was to spend one month, may be two in Nice. I am now staying there half of the year. I love the mountains, the sea, the short trips to Italy, and the wonderful bakery around me.
So, why am I renting this wonderful flat. Easy, I bought the neighbor flat, and might just - after a trial year - move back.
