Helen H. mai 2020 Tristan is wonderful, very helpful and a pleasure to know! The apartment is true to pictures, and a very lovely place to live. Pantin is a beautiful neighborhood, quiet but also lots of local businesses around. Reachable from gare du nord in 10 minutes.

I highly recommend renting this lovely studio, and from Tristan.

Audra Lynn H. novembre 2018 The apt was very clean and comfortable the location was not bad I usually stay in paris but the access to the rer and the tram was very close I love the view of the Quai when I wake up in the morning just a shame I couldn’t enjoy the backyard everything I needed was provided for my comfort. A few things that weren’t so good.. ..heat took a while to come on but I was provided with a space heater to comfort me. Overall a decent!

Andra a été une locataire parfaite et compréhensive quand la mise en route du chauffage a tardé. Elle a laissé l'appartement très propre.
