The flat is comfortable for 1/2 people max who are looking for one of the best neighborhoods in Paris. Everything you need is 3 min away (Monoprix, metro, restaurants, gym). The building has an internal garden.
Since the apartment is in the ground floor, it is fresh during summer but very cold during winter. Thankfully, there is heat in the apartment
They were kind and helped me with whatever I needed.

2-Les photos,La visite virtuelle sont tout à fait CONFORMES A LA RÉALITÉ car réalisées juste après les travaux (juin 17)

3-un Prestataire de service à réalisé 5 HEURES ménagères dans un.studio de 17m2 !(facture à l'appui )
